At Young Thug Clothing Line, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for most items, provided they meet our return conditions outlined below.
Important Notice
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. Please review our non-returnable items list before making your purchase.
Return Eligibility
Items Eligible for Return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
- Items must include original packaging and accessories
- Items must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items purchased with promotional codes or during clearance sales
- Items damaged by normal wear and tear
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return process, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at [email protected]
- Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
- Step 3: Receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Step 4: Package your items securely with the RMA number visible
- Step 5: Ship the package to our returns address
Return Processing
Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 5-10 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.
Inspection Process:
All returned items are inspected to ensure they meet our return conditions. Items that don't meet our criteria may be returned to you at your expense.
Refund Information
Refund Methods:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear
- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24-48 hours
Refund Amount:
- Full purchase price (minus original shipping costs)
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
- Take photos of the damaged/defective item
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange for immediate return and replacement
- No return shipping costs for damaged/defective items
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. Returns must be declared as "returned merchandise" to avoid additional fees.
